We provide FREE SHIPPING of products across India for all orders above RS 399. For orders below RS 399 we have a Flat shipping charge of RS 60 per order.
Cancellations are possible only until the order is dispatched from us. Please send email at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at 9341434940 for any assistance. Please note that cancellation will not be allowed once product is shipped.
A refund will take place within 7-8 working days for online payment. If payment is made via Cash On Delivery – Please share the correct tracking details with our customer care once the product is returned. Also, please share account/UPI details including Name on Account, Bank Name, Branch, IFSC Code, Account Number used for NEFT Transaction. Once these details are received the refund process will be initiated.
Unfortunately not. Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
We provide tracking number for all our orders. Once the order is shipped the customer will receive the tracking number through an email on the registered email id. Customer can track their order Realtime by clicking on the link shared us.
All the orders are usually dispatch in 24-48 hours of receiving the order. It reaches customers within 3-5 business working days.
Each and every product exclusive and handpicked and hence the chances of a bad quality/defective product is almost nil. Return is only applicable if reported within 48 hours of Delivery if product is damaged or completely different from what was ordered(For Minor colour, design variations, in the products from the photograph shared on the website it would NOT be eligible for a exchange). Please return the package in the original packing including Bill, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
The returned product should be unused, in its original packaging, along with the Bill, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, if any and in the same condition as you received the product.
